What is Compliance?

Compliance is the internal audit of a company. The Compliance Officer is the person who is authorised by the regulator of the country to implement local and international laws in the company. The compliance officer is the most appropriate individual to implement a “Compliance Culture” of the company while ensuring that the compliance is adequate in order to allow business in a company.
